Our thinking and practical solutions are based on the Lean Construction philosophy, this approach aims to improve the daily practices in the construction industry with emphasis on the construction project main resources optimization such as time and cost, including quality increase.

Rodrigo Mireles Montaño
- Co-Founder, Director of Finance & Administration
Graduated from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey with a deegre in Public Accounting along with studies in the field of Law, he has more than ten years of experience in accounting, finance and bussines administration.
Rodrigo Mireles has worked in distinguished national and international companies and has a profile of an entrepreneur, which positions him as a partner and co-founder of ConVirtus, company in which he has developed a wide experience in budget control, financial evaluation and constrcution project administration. As the main administrator he has a great compromise with project efficiency and our clients satifaction.
Mauricio Mireles Montaño
- Co-Founder, BIM Principal Arch. & Director of Operations
Graduated from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey with a degree in Architecture, he has more than fifteen years of experience in BIM project solutions for different scale and typology of projects. Mauricio Mireles has participated en many conferences, educational spaces and has imparted courses for implementing BIM in the department of Civil Engineering at ITESM.
Mauricio Mireles has wide experience in national and international companies, which has made him a professional businessman with an entrepreneur’s vision and a high sense of innovation. As co-founder and principal architect in ConVirtus he has great compromise in boosting architecture and construction quality in his country to promote it’s development.
